In the following conditions, OZ.Online will charge reasonable or refuse the warranty service:

1.The item returned is not from OZ.Online2 (ie: Serial/Model no. does not matched)

2.Human misuse or incorrect operation damage.

3.Item has been disassembled by other unauthorized service person.

*We have the right to make the final decision whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any and all circumstances.

Return Policy :

Please contact us via eBay mailing system within 24 hours if you have received a DOA (defect on arrival) item. Please note replacement will not be offered to cases reported after 24 hours.
